Apps Crashes when filling in new client record #14

The apps getting crash in the new client record after the user entered some records. It happened randomly

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to register page
  2. Click + (plus) button on top right corner of the page
  3. Filling in all information
  4. See error

or

If the error wasn't showed up, the process should be repeated for about 2 to 3 times

Smartphone:

Found the error log: Error Log - Filling in New Client Record.txt

And found the warn log that the entry time exceeding 6000 ms. I don't whether or not this will be helpful. Warn Log - Input routeing take time on New Client Record.txt
