Symptom and History Form: Returning to Patient Profile page #6

When you click 'Continue' on the Sign & Symptom page in the Symptom and History form, you will get returned to the patient profile page. The user is supposed to be directed to Travel and Contact Exposure page. It can be replicated on Samsung A21s Android 10 and Samsung S8 Android 9.

I tried and it replicated in the first time you installed the apps, or after you relogged in to the apps, or after the session expired and you need to login to the apps. In the field, the field staff admitted that it happened randomly.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login to the apps
  2. Click on one of the clients, you will be directed to Patient Profile page
  3. Click Symptom and History form, you will be directed to Pre-existing condition page (Kondisi Penyerta)
  4. Filling in all information
  5. Click on 'Continue', you will be directed to Sign & Symptom page (Tanda & Gejala)
  6. Filling in all information
  7. Click on 'Continue'
  8. See error that the page returning to Patient Profile Page. The user is supposed to be directed to Travel and Contact Exposure form.

I think this one is not related to Android 10 only, since it is also replicated in the field on Android 9. Or is this device-specific issue since so far it is replicated on Samsung? Have checked on Oppo and Xiaomi, but not replicated.
