Exception handling / warning for when sub-sampling removes too many reads #41

For instance if 90% of the reads are discarded to meet the depth of the largest available lookup tables there should a warning that this is happening.

Generating a report on the sub-sampling process could be a good idea. The user can then be asked to check this information.
