Created initial schema and seed files #16

Hi both,

Sorry, it took a bit of time to troubleshoot all the postgresql syntax but I think it's now all finally there. Instructions on how to use the files are at the top of each file. Let me know if there are any issues you that you can see!

Closing as I accidentally made a new pull request rather than making a request from the issue in our project.

Ok, reopened for the moment, will look at how to link the pull request with the issue tomorrow, but just wanted to get this out in case @Chrispy1987 is still online.
