accepting/declining an order doesn't reflect in the GUI automatically
Accept/Decline should close the individual order page
and reflect the changes automatically on the columns
Takes going from the individual order page to the order tables page
back to clicking the same specific order and then back to the order tables page
for the specific order to be moved to the correct column
This occurs with marking orders as completed as well.

Incoming messages with commands should be checked to make sure
that the restaurant in the context is still enabled
If not, should tell user that the restaurant is closed
[x] Sorting Completed orders by most recent completed order

Still showed 2 orders even though 3rd order had come in
Still showed $7.50 total although total monthly sales was $15.00
Most likely related to the same issue the above issue concerns
