Give user order id and instructions #352

Can you please add a reference to the issue in these pull requests? It is hard to know which issue you are talking about. Also, some indication whether it is a new feature or a bugfix (which can be done with the branch name) or you some other way you like @jlmao @jadesym

@jlmao I already made an individual issue for each of the items on the round 4 bugfix make sure to mark this one as done as well when this is pushed in https://github.com/siddharthgutta/Entree.Server/issues/342

@jlmao "to be picked up!" part seems repetitious since you already have "you arrive." Could you potentially one without the other?

@bluejamesbond I think the the text he has is perfect. In this case, it's better to be very clear, since it may not be at what point in time or where you are supposed to present those things. We've made the mistake of giving people the benefit of the doubt in our chatbot, and I also don't think the extra 3 words negatively affect the experience especially since they improve clarity.
