This pull request addresses the following post-checking conditions and the two related referenced issues
1) After users type /checkout and before the store accepts or declines, what actions should the user have available? they should probably be able to browse and do w/e they want at that point except place another order
2) After the store accepts or declines and before the order is completed, what actuions should the user have available? Same as 1
3) After the initial registration/CC link is sent to the user, what actions should the user have available? Only be able to /clear to cancel order
