Full Render Return Option

  Is there an option to turn on, for pdf result into full render instead of partial render in canvas / view?

I use the option for viewing the pdf file like reading a real magazine.
Is there any option for caching the bitmap into the file and store it in sdcard?

We can do it, but it would complicate the rendering code, potentially 
introducing bugs.    It would also slow things down--you wouldn't just be able 
to start reading immediately while it's rendering, but would be waiting on a 
blank screen.  Does any other user want this?  If enough people want it, I can 
add the option.

It might turn out that this will be useful for eink users, actually.  So I'll
