Remove deprecated Terminal Groupings #3

Old TG's that are no longer used or have been merged into XML need to be 
removed after they are implemented into Clay.

Keep TG's until they are fully implemented.

Only TG's that should remain after merger into the new style language XML 
should be map files.

It's planned that script files will most likely be the last TG files to be 
moved over into XML.

Most all TG's have been removed. Most of the TG's still existing are scripts 
that still haven't been converted over to JSON or XML, depending on the final 
decision.
