Significantly improve the performance of output foliages and InstancedStaticMesh, respectively 2 times and 3 times faster than before.

Hi, Thank you for bringing this up! I've just merged this on our end, with some slight tweaks in how the foliage part was done. It will be available on tonight/tomorrow's git repo update.
