Locking details panel renders certain types of parameters unusable. #36

Using the lock feature of a details panel prevents one from being able to switch the “tab” or “folder” of parameters. It seems like choice parameters are glitchy as well (this affects inputs too).

Reproduction: Instantiate an asset, use lock icon / button to lock the details panel. Click on any other actor in the scene. Change parameters in details panel.

This bug should be fixed in:
