Add a preferences option to set the location of Houdini Engine binary. #38

At the moment we look for Houdini in set locations (passed HFS variable, registry, program files). It would make sense to add another option, which lets user specify the location in the preferences.

Filed as RFE #73932 : Unreal: Add a preferences option to set the location of Houdini.
