[calendar] caldav connection not working #778

I.  Issue Description:
Unable to add Caldav calendars(Connection error)

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Updated RC 1.0.1 to 1.0.4
2. Updated Plugin manager to most recent version
3. Upgraded calendar from v18 to v19.

I think there is something wrong with the libgpl caldav driver.
since the prop_find call always ends with "401 Not authenticated" error.

The caldav server works properly with other clients and even with v18 calendar 
plugin or with the most recent version of the carddav plugin.

Error logs? Debug logs? Are you able to duplicate the issue @ our demos ...

Forget it.
It's the auth type digest problem.
I see that's not currently implemented.

Digest authentication is already implemented. If you are using most recent 
releases then this should not be the issue.

I've updated to latest calendar & calendar_plus version, but the problem still 
exists.
Now the demo website seem better in speed, so i registered an account in your 
box.
Then added the calendar, it works perfectly.

I've attached my config for calendar plugin.
Maybe there's something I miss configured in it.
