[disclaimer] Disclaimer does not work #829

I.  Issue Description:

I installed disclaimer plugin and changed the disclamier.html to <div>HTML 
disclaimer<br /><br />New Line

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. I send a message out of roundcube and do not see the disclamier.
