provider for MAAS #57

What would it entail to make this work with Canonical's MAAS? I love MAAS, but I sincerely hate Juju and their take on K8s. Seems like MAAS and Talos are a match made in heaven for mid-scale baremetal on-premise clusters. Would love to POC this if I have time, and some pointers how to tackle this.

This does sound interesting. Having never used MAAS, I don't know where to start but if you could make it to one of our meetings, or hop on our slack, we would be happy to work through this.

+1 to @andrewrynhard's suggestion. There's a #proj-talos-capi channel in our slack if you'd like to discuss this further. It may be worth collaborating on something outside of this provider and creating a cluster api infra provider just for MAAS so that others could use it, whether or not talos is involved.
