[bug] Digital Ocean based clusters DNS is broken upon creation. #61

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

If you launch a Kubernetes cluster using Digital Ocean nodes (both control plane and workers), DNS will not work cluster wide until the CoreDNS pod are rebooted.

Expected Behavior

DNS resolution on the cluster will work.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Launch an Omni cluster using Digital Ocean nodes.
  2. Try to query any DNS entry.
