.omni.siderolabs.io/omni/ shows, under "Recent Clusters", the first 5 clusters added to the instance, or the oldest 5 that remain.
### Expected Behavior
Recent clusters view shows either most recently created clusters, or most recently viewed clusters for the active user.
### Steps To Reproduce
1. navigate to .omni.siderolabs.io/omni/
2. look at recent clusters
3. see that they are not recent by any logical definition of recent.
