[bug] Machine Class not editable on omni #249

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

when clicking on an existing machine class, the spinner appears, but nothing is shown. no errors in browser console

Expected Behavior

machine class editor is shown and changes can be made

Steps To Reproduce

environment homelab on omni

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
