Omni is showing a new machine correctly, however no hardware information outside of the UUID is displayed, and the machine cannot be selected to be added to a cluster

Can add new machines, and assign them to clusters
Steps To Reproduce
In our production environment, a new machine is started using PXE booting or USB ISO, new machines are showing up without information populated, and they do not show as available machines for adding to clusters.
