Done. With both omnictl kubeconfig --cluster <cluster_name> and omnictl kubeconfig --cluster <cluster_name> --grant-type=authcode-keyboard. Found bugs along the way.

Let's not merge this PR until I cut v0.38 release. I think we should let it settle, we'll see how it performs during development mode runs.
