Feature Request

Make possible to run talos on Orangepi 3b.

Description

Its a great board with NVME Support, low price and perfect to run Kubernetes with no SD card issues.

I`ve tried run Talos baremetal ath this board writing image to SD, tried creating a VM on Proxmox ARM64 port with talos ISO (and also using RAW image) but was not possible to run any way.
