PXE now support /31 and /32 networks #1399

Hi! PXE added /31 and /32 support: https://github.com/ipxe/ipxe/pull/1243 We interested on this feature because of now we are forced to use /30 and use network space 50% less efficiently. Can you port this PR to sidero?

Eventually we might bump components of Sidero Metal, but I guess you don't have a support contract with us.
