Add disk/volume tab to Talos Dashboard output

Description

With the Disk/Volume Management feature introduced with version 1.8, it would be useful to display the disks and discovered volumes on a new tab on the node's dashboard output (talosctl dashboard ...).

disk throughput, utilization, and temperature would also be cool to have.

@rothgar, Not sure how much hardware information is available to Talos, but I agree that throughput (or BUS speed) and temperature would be great. And Utilization % (or Free Space) for discovered/mounted volumes would complete the view.
