Netease support #2

It would be nice to support Netease, either observing or replays or both. I'm highly unfamiliar with this client and if the (Blizzard) observer API is there to be found at all, but considering other streams seem to have overlays enabled for Netease it must be possible somehow.

Note: Maybe it already works as-is, but I haven't tested it.

I have just seen war3observer used on Netease running without a hitch in the Yule Cup. No intervention needed it seems. Closing this.

Edit: Well, not "without a hitch." I noticed some issues and suspect some issues could occur. I will CC this issue in any future commits related to this, if I wind up installing Netease to fix these. But, as long as basic support is there, I'm keeping this closed.
