Ability to log request headers and body #108

This could come in handy when troubleshooting within a dev/test environment. The feature could be configurable, preferably via argument.

If I can get time, I'll see if I can submit a PR.

Makes sense to me, and sounds indeed like a great thing to have, currently the logging is very bare bones (to say the least). I'm very happy to accept a PR on this, also feel free to open a PR early if you need any help I'm happy to give help out on the PR as well.
