I've just seen this DKG action https://cost-dkg.eu/ that might help in some aspects of this work. Hopefully, we could find more resources to go further in this project.

Thank you for thinking about how to go further with this project. I think tools for people to understand and participate in shaping language are also needed for a not so industrial revolution, a revolution in thought and understanding.
