Adding functionality for multiple courses #103

As a professor I want the system to be able to deal with multiple courses so that students can submit their evaluations in each of the courses

User Acceptance Test:

  1. Go to https://www-student.cse.buffalo.edu/CSE442-542/2019-Summer/cse-442a/ and enter your UB Email ID if you are registered for the class and belong to a group. Then click on the Get Code button
  2. Once you get the confirmation code in your Email ID and go back to the login page and click on the Start Evaluation Tab and enter your Email ID and the confirmation code.
  3. Click on Start Evaluation button to start the evaluation.
  4. Click on one of the courses available and complete the evaluation and submit it, you get a message "successfully submitted your evaluation for [course-name]. A confirmation email has been sent".
