Happened to me as well, Flutter 3.10.6
When will this fix be released? I am running into the same issue. Using Flutter 3.13.2
I tried using the fork @calcitem created, this is my pubspec.yaml
entry:
flutter_email_sender:
git:
url: https://github.com/calcitem/flutter_email_sender
ref: master
Not sure if my entry is correct however I am still facing the issue:

I managed to solve the issue by changing my Kotlin
version inside the android\build.gradle
file to ext.kotlin_version = '1.8.10'
. Which is the same version that is set in the package's android\build.grade
file. Hope that helps!
Hi,
I've encountered a build error after upgrading to Flutter 3.10.6 and using flutter_email_sender version 6.0.1. The error message is as follows:
This issue seems to be related to a mismatch in the JVM target compatibility between the Java and Kotlin compile tasks.
You can find the complete error log here.
Please let me know if you need any further information, and thanks in advance for looking into this!
