Reason for the initial password is unclear. #14

Hi I have been playing  with the Twilio SMS version and the OTP version, 
although I do not understand the reason for the initial password. It does not 
seem to serve any purpose. Please can someone confirm.

Hi,

You can use mOTP as an alternative to ONE TIME PASSWORDS sent over sms.
Here, a user is given a missed call with random caller id ( which acts as a 
password for the session )
