🤷🏽‍♂️ Current Behaviour

When for example a notification from WhatsApp appears, there is no possibility to reply to it. This is possible using the chrome pushbullet extensions and it's called quick actions: https://blog.pushbullet.com/2014/12/16/react-to-your-notifications-on-pc-with-new-quick-action-support/.

🎯 Expected Behaviour

Support for quick actions.

Guidance for implementation

I would be more than happy to implement it but I would need some guidance for it:

Where should I be looking in the code for extending it
Reference to the implementation in the Chrome extensions

It would be awesome if somebody could point me in the right direction 👍
