Notification not synced after resuming from hibernation #96

🤷🏽‍♂️ Current Behaviour

The app doesn't sync notifications.

🎯 Expected Behaviour

Notifications synced normally.

👟 Steps to Reproduce (S2R)

  1. hibernate (not sleep) system
  2. resume system (event log says source is Power-Troubleshooter, event ID is 1)
  3. the notifications won't sync

Edit: The following can't be reproduced. somehow the window size is also abnormal afterwards and can't resize image

App Version v7.6.0 Installation Type Setup Operating System Windows 10 Professional x64 (17763)

when I try to open PB for desktop after hibernation, there was a banner saying something like network issue and immediately stuck at this animation: image the CPU usage then goes up to 25%
