List Module should also have filtering functionality #11

Given @nevrome 's nice cool filtering functionality, we should add the functionality to the list module.

Also given that the help message says it:

  -f, --filter_entity_type  For module: list, tabulate - One of:
                            project, tag, site, individual, ...
