Refresh Authority when roots distrusted #18

Click on ACCV, View Certificates. Select the root and click on Distrust. Click the < to go back to the Authorities list. ACCV still shows the "DISTRUST" button, even though none of its root certs are trusted. It should instead show the "TRUST" button, as though I had clicked on the "DISTRUST" button in the Authorities window.

Similar problem when trusting a root cert -- need the Authority to get updated if any of its root certs have been updated so that it has a trusted root cert.
