CSS Issues When Window Is Narrow #32

There are issues with the css for tables when the window is shrunk to a small width.

Changeset 9ff5e682aea3c4a50087ccc46443b7d7f019609c fixes this. Should be good for 800x600 and larger screen sizes. Unless we want to support mobile and tablet devices, I am closing this issue.
