Import Cert In View Certificate Switches Context #35

On occasion, when you import a certificate within the "View Certificates" page for some reason it will sometimes switch which authority is being displayed.

I am having trouble recreating this bug. I don't believe it has been fixed, I just am having trouble figuring out what causes it as it is a rare occurrence. I will keep trying to trigger this in order to try to figure it out.
