Newest Firefox Doesn't Find Some Authorities #50

In Firefox 48 the authority for Autoridad de Certificacion Firmaprofesional CIF A62634068 is not found. Also, when the custom Rose-Hulman certificate found in the "test certs" folder is imported its authority is not found. This is working in Firefox 46 and has not been tested in Firefox 47 at this time.

Tested in Firefox 47. I can find Autoridad de Certificacion Firmaprofesional CIF A62634068 using the View All button in the Cert Manager Addon, but I cannot find it via the Authorities view. Maybe it has something to do with the Root cert not having an Issuer Organization?
