Just --fmt step in build action fails after the release of just 1.18

This is the second sequential just minor version bump that cause our pipeline to fail.

We should consider:

• locking the justfile format check to use a specific version (if possible)
• removing the step altogether

In any case we probably want some way to stabilize the automatic builds while still enable us to run the latest version of just

[HerrNaN]

The problem has been somewhat alleviated by adding a justfile in the repo allowing for easy formatting of the justfiles in the repo before pushing.

Let's reopen if this still is a big inconvenience.
