Error/Warn file path passing to linter is broken #18

Hi,

When I use out-of-source build (e.g. by specifying Build location option to -build or /build),
Linter's error message display shows invalid link to a source file.

My environment is:
- linter v1.11.16
- atom-build v0.65.0
- cmake v3.5
