Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I now have to test locally because the app is not on streamlit cloud. So I cannot test on mobile.

Streamlit Community Cloud would need an uploaded file for now. The items of the file should be updated with the buttons. The uploaded file should be downloadable.
