Basic information
This changes allow to start automated tests at local developer node.
For Windows users just start the script /WinCC_OA_Test/executeTests.cmd and you will see what happens
For Unix users. See what the /WinCC_OA_Test/executeTests.cmd does and do it manually, or better create /WinCC_OA_Test/executeTests.sh publish it here and every bode can use it.
note The tests QgPicturesCheck are deactivate in regression sub set, because there are many fails. I tries to analyze that, but currently is my time limited and I have no idea why it fails. Hopefully some one else can fix it.
