Remove unused signing GUI tool #24

There were 2 implementations of the signing GUI: sign-gui.ps1 and sign-gui-multi.ps1. The former is not necessary and has been removed, while the latter was renamed to sign-gui.ps1, since no other versions of this file exist anymore.
