UX improvements in the signing workflow #32

What has changed:

  1. The signing GUI is shown on top of other windows; because otherwise it may sometimes be shown in the background and out of focus, making it look like the pipeline is stuck.
  2. A short and non-intrusive two-tone sound is played when the signing GUI starts, to attract attention.
