Expansion of issuetracking capability of the database #55

Changes proposed for the Codeface DB model and schema to make it less Bugzilla specific and to allow it to store data from a multitude of different issue-tracking tools in the unified fashion. Changes are based on SPADe metamodel with this precise capability.
