feat: fetch svg from asset path #56

🆕 What is the new behavior?

Activate v3 preview feature with a meta header tag

<meta name="ix-icons:v3-preview" content="svg-path-loading;" />

Define a custom svg fetching path via

<meta name="ix-icons:path" content="/my/path/to/asset/folder/with/the/svgs" />
