Suggestion / feature request
Certain charting libraries like plotly.js allows unicodes to be used easily as text to display icons on the graph. Water Apps majorly use plotly and request to re-introduce the unicodes.
I understand that svg might be a popular requirement for various projects but libraries like font-awesome support unicodes , svg and it is a market standard where font libraries support unicodes.
