Update Documentation to include 3rd Party libs

As a follow up to #1523

Currently the documentation does not mention the import of bootstrap. So when splitting it up into ./core and the custom themes the styles are off

Idk if there is a reason why this wasnt mentioned in the documentation, but i added it in case its ok to add.
