We have multiple boards and Linux kernel versions (std/rtp/xn). Therefore we need a yml file for kernel source(fetch) /configuration and a yml file for distro configurations. This patch allow to include this files and add the variables to local.conf. Additional properties are allowed in configschema.py!!!
