Support for 3.7 #3

I am confused what you mean with 'Support for Python 3.7'. You are only touching the travis file for our continuous build. BTW, the preferred workflow is over the mailing list (see CONTRIBUTING.md)

Sorry, just add python3.7 to CI nothing more :(
