Add a .gitignore which ignores Python byte code directories #2

Hi! I noticed that my Yocto build caused my meta-efibootguard submodule to become tainted. It turns out that scripts/lib/wic/plugins/source/__pycache__/ is the culprit. So I thought I'd shoot you a quick pull request which fixes that. Hope that's okay :-)
