Kernel config tuning, kernel update #133

The first commit should be fine in any case as it only tunes our config further down to the target.

The second updates the kernel to latest CIP and aligns the -rt version as well for which we just received a new version. This one depends on code freeze on your side, @johnson325 @BaochengSu .

Extended the PR by one build fix for the -rt image due to a disappearing download source.
